65gsm Premium Mouth Tape & Nasal Strip
Your nose warms the air, filters it and slows it down. Your mouth does none of that. The nasal strip holds your nose open, so the air has an easy way in. The tape keeps your lips closed, so it keeps going that way for eight hours. Thirty nights of both, in one box.
Two things you put on before bed. They take about ten seconds.
The nasal strip is a small band that sticks across the top of your nose. Inside it there is a thin springy strip. When it flattens onto your nose it gently pulls the sides of your nose outward, so the opening is wider and air comes in more easily.
The mouth tape is a small soft patch that sits over your lips and holds them together. That is what keeps the air going through your nose while you are asleep, instead of your mouth falling open in the middle of the night.
Put the nose strip on first, then the tape. In the morning you peel them both off and throw them away.
Yes. Air passes through the cloth itself, so it is not a plastic seal over your mouth. It holds your lips together rather than sealing them shut, and you can lift it off with your thumb any time you want. You can also open your mouth against it if you need to.
Two reasons. First, the sticky part is only at the top and bottom of the patch. The middle, the bit sitting right on your lips, has no glue on it at all. That is why it does not drag when you take it off in the morning.
Second, most people quit because their nose was blocked, so they woke up gasping and pulled the tape off. That is what the nose strip is for. It opens your nose first, so there is an easy way to breathe before the tape goes anywhere near your mouth.
Most medical tape is stuck down with a glue made from pine tree resin. It is one of the most common things people react to. Ours has none of it. The finished product has been skin tested by an outside lab and it is dermatologically tested.
Thirty mouth tapes and thirty nose strips. That is a month if one of you uses them, or two weeks if you both do.
The mouth tape. A soft cloth patch with a medical-grade silicone glue. No latex, no pine resin, no parabens, no phthalates, no perfume. Gentle enough for sensitive skin and dermatologically tested.
The nose strips. A springy band on a gentle sticky backing. No latex. No drugs and nothing you breathe in, it is the shape of the band doing the work.
Both have been tested by an outside lab for skin safety, to the standards ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-10. The cloth is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, certificate no. 3948343, which means it has been checked for harmful substances.

Your nose does four jobs your mouth cannot. These are the four design choices that keep the air going through it all night.
Your nose does four jobs your mouth cannot. These are the four design choices that keep the air going through it all night.
The sticky part sits in two bands, one above your lips and one below. The middle strip, the part touching your lips, has no glue on it. So it still holds your mouth closed, but there is nothing to peel off your lips in the morning. That is the bit that makes people quit.
It is woven fabric, not plastic film, so air and moisture pass through the whole patch. Your mouth does not get hot and clammy under it, and you can lift the patch off with a thumb whenever you want it gone.
Most medical tape uses a glue made from pine tree resin. It is one of the most common causes of a red, itchy patch after wearing tape. There is none of it in ours. That is the actual reason we can call it gentle, not just a word on the box.
There is a thin springy band inside the nose strip. Pressed flat against your nose it wants to straighten out again, and that pull opens the narrowest part of your nose, right where it collapses when you lie down. No latex, and one size fits most adults.
SIMPLE
No routine to learn and nothing to plug in. About ten seconds before you turn the light off. The order matters, nose first.
Take one nose strip and one mouth tape out of the box. Wash and dry your face first if you can. Clean skin is what gives you the best hold.
Lay it across your nose, just above the part that widens, and press the two ends down onto the sides. You should feel your nose open a little straight away.
Roll your lips inward so they tuck just inside your mouth. That is what closes your mouth properly, and it is the step most people miss. Hold them there and lay the tape across, then press from the middle outward.
Done that way it stays shut all night instead of falling open. In the morning, peel them both off and bin them.

On its own, each half has a night where it fails and you end up back on your mouth. This is what the other half is for.

Photos our customers sent us, in their own words.
I put the nose strip on first and then the tape, and it takes about ten seconds. It's the last thing I do before I turn the lamp off. The tape has never come off in the night and it doesn't hurt coming off in the morning, which is what I was worried about.
Bought it for my husband thinking he'd never wear it. He's used it every single night since.
I don't snore, I just kept waking up in the night and could never work out why. It turns out I was breathing through my mouth the whole time. A couple of weeks in and I'm getting through to the morning. I wish I'd known about the nose strips years ago.
That was the only reason I hadn't tried mouth tape. It holds fine on stubble and a short beard, and it comes off without taking half of it with me. Two weeks in and I'm not waking up parched any more.
He used to nod off in front of the telly with his mouth wide open and wake himself up half an hour later. Now he just goes under and stays there. He says he hasn't slept like this in years.
I used to wake up with my mouth completely dry every single morning and I'd have to get up for water. That stopped. I honestly thought the tape would feel claustrophobic and it just doesn't, you can still breathe fine through it.
I bought it for the tape, and the nose strips turned out to be the half I actually notice. You feel your nose open the second you press the ends down. I don't know why I spent years assuming that was just how my nose was.
Hay fever meant my nose felt shut most nights, so mouth tape on its own was never going to work for me. The strip is the part that changed it. My nose is genuinely open now, and the tape just keeps it that way.
I used to buy strips from the chemist a few at a time and only wear one when I felt properly blocked. Thirty of each in the box means I just use them every night without thinking about it, and that's when it actually started working.
I'll be honest, taping your mouth shut sounded ridiculous to me. I only tried it because I was sick of waking up at three in the morning. Now it's the two things I put on before bed and I don't think about it. My nose actually feels open, which I wasn't expecting.
I have really reactive skin and I was expecting a red patch where the tape sits. There isn't one. You press it down from the middle out and it stays there all night, then it lifts straight off. That's the bit that surprised me.
I wake at the slightest thing and I always put that down to being a light sleeper. It turns out I was breathing through my mouth and drying myself out. The first night I used both I slept through, and I've barely had a broken night since.
I'd only ever seen the tape on its own and I didn't really get the point of the nose strips. Using them together is completely different. The strip opens your nose up so the tape isn't fighting anything, and you just breathe normally all night. First week in and I'm sleeping straight through.
I bought it for him first and ended up using it myself. It's become a bit of a joke in our house, we put them on and take a photo. The actual point is we're both sleeping through the night now.
I'd tried a different mouth tape before and it either fell off or took my skin with it in the morning. This one stays put and comes off easy. The nose strips are the bit I didn't expect to like and now I won't sleep without one.
Plain answers on safety, fit, delivery and getting your money back.
It holds your lips together, it does not seal them shut, and air passes through the cloth rather than being blocked by plastic. You can lift it off with a thumb at any second, so you are never stuck with it on.
The nose strip goes on first for exactly this reason. Your nose is open before the tape goes anywhere near your mouth. If you have a diagnosed breathing or heart condition, or you use a CPAP machine, talk to your doctor first.
They are meant to be used together and that is where the result comes from. The strip opens your nose so air takes the easy route. The tape keeps it going that way. Use one without the other and you have left one of the two problems unfixed, which is why they come in one box.
The nose strip pulls open the narrowest part of your nose, which is the part that closes up further when you lie down. It is not a treatment for a bent septum and it will not cure hay fever. It is the reason a lot of people who could never get on with tape by itself can get on with this.
The hold comes from where the glue sits rather than from strong glue, and the cloth stretches in every direction, so it moves with your face through a night of swallowing and rolling over instead of tearing. If you put it on crooked, you can peel it up and place it again once without losing the hold.
